It is a scientifically proven method of skin biostimulation, it contains polynucleotides which stimulate the skin to rebuild in a three-way mechanism.
The first course of action is the receptors on fibroblasts in the skin. Thanks to such stimulation, they transform into myofibroblasts. The process of the production of type I collagen and elastin is stimulated, which causes the skin to thicken and lift.

The second mechanism is the "scavenging" of free radicals and antioxidant activity. Polynucrotides bind water and provide long-lasting iso-osmotic hydration to the extracellular matrix. As a result, the skin becomes moisturized and supple.

The course of the procedure

We administer the preparation with very thin needles that leave no traces at the injection site and minimize pain. After approximately 10-20 minutes of the procedure, the patient can see the immediate result.
Then, after surgery, she can return to her normal daily duties. The full effect is visible after approx
2 weeks. Treatments are performed in a series of 4 treatments every 15-30 days.

Effect
The lifting effect after the treatment usually lasts up to 18 months and then the preparation will be naturally absorbed.
Depending on the type (density, concentration, amount) of the Nucleofill preparation used, the treatment should be repeated after 6-20 months.
The great advantage of the preparation is that it does not leave any permanent changes in the skin when the effect wears off.
